Todd Belin is a bold and visionary dance educator with a deep passion for performance, entertainment, and the transformative power of movement. With a BFA in Dance Performance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Todd uses dance as a tool to heal, inspire, and empower—motivating individuals to reclaim their futures and restore control over their lives.

As a movement motivator and energy curator, Todd brings drive, resilience, and originality into every space they enter. Their teaching philosophy centers on helping others rehabilitate beyond the wounds of the present and encouraging creativity as an act of self-peace and bold expression.

Known for pioneering programs that prioritize self-expression and collaboration, Todd helped create a dance program at Westwind School of Performing Arts in Little Rock and stands for exploring new possibilities in education and the arts.

With a commitment to being the change and improving the “state of being,” Todd continues to lead with influence, authenticity, and purpose—proving that art can be a powerful force for personal and collective transformation.
