Audrian Harville – Arkansas A+ Fellow

Audrian Harville is a passionate educator and Arkansas A+ Fellow dedicated to cultivating creativity and curiosity in the classroom. She believes that when students are given the right environment, they can grow, learn, and unlock their full potential. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the power of creative expression and the idea that educators spark ripples of impact that extend far beyond the classroom.

Known for her vibrant energy and imaginative spirit, Audrian uses the arts to nourish students’ creativity and foster deeper engagement in learning. Whether she’s facilitating arts-integrated lessons or inspiring students to explore new ideas, she leads with heart, joy, and an unwavering belief in the power of the arts to transform education.

Audrian works in special education serving K-5 grade students at her school where she has worked for 14 years. She has a passion for literacy and the amazing joy it can bring to individuals. She has her Masters in Reading and is a Nationally Certified teacher in Literacy. 

Through her work with Arkansas A+, Audrian is committed to helping teachers discover creative ways to connect with their students—and to helping all learners find their voice through the arts.
